Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships<\/strong> by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and coming up with impressive solutions to onboard new clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of advertiser\u2019s business model and KPIs of advertiser\u2019s initiatives to pitch strategies for creating incremental value for partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Closely monitor market and industry innovations to proactively develop new opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve user acquisition efforts by collaborating with Growth managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work closely with the Account Management team as well as Tech and Legal teams to ensure addressing clients\u2019 needs and help them for their businesses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Turn data into information, information into insights, insights into business decision<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Interact cross-functionally with other team members to ensure smooth Data integrations and account configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Upsell with the current accounts and keep a good communication with Account Managers and intervene where is necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cooperation with AM team and Head of Business Development with a strategic and tactical business development initiatives related to mobile publishers and mobile apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify new prospects and develop new client relationships within the media publisher and app developers\u2019 community <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 2-4 years of Sales or Business Development experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u2022Experience in sales\/business development or a publisher\/app or mobile agency is crucial <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of the mobile industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organisation, attention to detail, and self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for, developing and closing new business<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to research and analyse data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Consistent record of achievement in goals and being revenue driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Skill in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailor made strategies to potential clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Self-starter with a hunger for new business, positive and I-can-do attitude, energetic with a sense of humour<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and driving actionable next steps<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Understanding of both the strategic and tactical implications for mobile advertising<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A solid client, ad network and\/or exchange-side experience with demonstrated expertise in user acquisition, monetization, business development, client management, communications, strategy & marketing within the mobile or digital space<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Relationship management abilities within the Fintech, Gaming, Crypto, Entertainment, Shopping industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload and articulately speak to the benefits of mobile ad monetization and advertising, and respond to client questions with strategic, insightful and applicable answers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
